Shipping

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of order receipt.

A confirmation of your order will be sent to the email provided at the time of the purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, and discounts, and is non-refundable.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays. Orders that are placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Australia-wide deliveries may take up to 3-7 working days, depending on location. If you do not receive your order after 7 working days of being dispatched, please email [email protected]  so we can follow this up for you.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Per Amore, and we offer a 14-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 14 days from the day of receipt.

For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns for earring jewellery.

Gift cards are not refundable

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless items are found to be with manufacturing faults.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Please email us at [email protected] to receive a code for your return.

The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 14 days from when the original order was received.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
